The factory, grounds & plant are in a state of disrepair, requiring power reconnection, full plant maintenance and driveway reforming to be undertaken prior to start up.
This is an opportunity to provide (1) Bottled Water (PET/Aluminium/Glass), (2) 10L Water in A Box and (3) Bulk Water. The opportunity includes:
a) Water Extraction Resource Consent;
b) Existing automated bottling production line;
c) New automated bottling production line not fully installed; purchased for an overseas client;
d) Approx. 1570sqm factory; and
e) Land: 15.0450 hectares/37.18 acres.

Past resources have expressed interest in Management, Operations & Maintenance positions to reopen the production line(s) to operational status through a systematic process of pre-startup checks, safety verification, and phased commissioning.
