ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT AND TRAINING

Koalakrane makes sure our franchisees have a good understanding before they take over their business so we offer initial training (1-2 days) in servicing the machines, technical support and administration. Upon purchase our sales team will find locations for your machines. We run regular workshops that include basic technical training and releases of new products and promotions. Koalakrane also has a full-time administration and technical team for ongoing support.

MARKETING SUPPORT

Your franchise will be supported with effective and professional promotional material, created by our marketing and design team. We have well-planned campaigns which tie in with new product and movie releases, important events and sports seasons. We also provide business cards and informative manuals to support your training.

OUR HISTORY

Koalakrane started as Kiwikrane in New Zealand in 1998 with director Cliff Hopkins and by 2008 all of New Zealand was covered. One of Kiwikrane's managers, Rick Garrity, transferred the idea to Australia introducing a brand new concept designed around collectable licensed products for players. Koalakrane has continued to grow in leaps and bounds and is now the market leader in amusement crane machines.
