Merlinda Gealogo

Originally from the Phillipines and fluent in Tagalog, Merlinda hails from a background in accounting, completing a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Accounting at Baguio Colleges Foundation with a Master in Business Administration at Lyceum of the Philippines/ Letran Colleges. Using her Certified Public accountant degree to travel the world, Merlinda worked as an accountant in Philippines and Brunei before emigrating to New Zealand in 2007 with her young family. In 2014 Merlinda, her husband and their two children became New Zealand citizens. In her spare time you'll find Merlinda cheering her talented son Michael on the soccer field or tennis court. She's also a keen chef and regularly delights the RE/MAX / Nexus office with her mouthwatering offerings.

As the Accounts Manager for several real estate companies, Merlinda has processed hundreds of contracts and has a keen eye for detail regarding business and property sales. Hugely qualified and multilingual (including the language of mathematics), Merlinda has a rock solid foundation and can smoothly guide you through the process of both purchasing and selling.
